Terms of Rental Agreement
By renting a dumpster from Rentabin.com, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations of rentabin.com and the Customer.
Rental Duration and Fees
The standard rental period is 7 days. After the initial rental period, a charge of $20 per day will apply for each additional day. The rental fee includes drop-off, pickup, and disposal based on the rental package selected. Any overweight or prohibited material fees will be billed separately. Prices are subject to a fuel surcharge, which may be added to the final invoice.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Invoices are due upon receipt. All bins must be paid for before they are dispatched for delivery. If your account has outstanding balances and payment is not received within sixty (60) days, your invoice will be sent to an outside collection agency, in which our company will no longer be able to assist to resolve the transaction further.
Dumpster Use and Placement
All bins must remain in the same place where it was dropped it off. Bins dropped off on-road must have a valid permit from the city displayed on the bin and a copy of the permit must be emailed to us at orders@rentabin,com a minimum of 2 days prior to drop off date. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the bin and its contents.
Customers are responsible for determining a suitable location for the placement of the dumpster on their property. The dumpster must only be used for the materials specified at the time of booking. The following items are strictly prohibited: hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, paint, liquids and any items deemed illegal or unsafe.
Overloading
Dumpsters must not be overloaded beyond the top rail or weight limits indicated on the dumpster. If the dumpster is overloaded and we are unable to pick it up, a $150 + fuel surcharge dry run charge will apply.
Responsibility for Property Damage
The Customer acknowledges that Rent a Bin cannot guarantee the suitability of the Customer’s or their customer’s pavement or driving surface to support the weight of our vehicles and equipment. The Customer hereby assumes full responsibility and releases Rent a Bin from any and all claims for damages to pavement, driving surfaces, curbs, lawns, or property arising from our vehicles or containers, including when filled to capacity, even if driveway protection is provided by rentabin.com or the Customer.
Marketing
Client agrees to allow us to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts or videos of the property for marketing purposes. By inquiring about our services or doing business with us, you are giving your consent to receive notifications and messages (e-mail or text) regarding our promotions or services.
Liability for Damage to the Dumpster
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, fire or theft of the dumpster while it is in their possession. If the dumpster is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or is not returned, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Customer.
Access to the Dumpster
Customers must ensure that there is clear and unrestricted access to the dumpster on the scheduled pickup day. If the dumpster is not accessible on the day of pickup, a $150 + fuel surcharge dry run charge will apply. It is the Customer’s responsibility to clear any obstructions and ensure the dumpster is ready for pickup.
Prohibited Uses
Dumpsters are provided solely for the disposal of waste. The use of the dumpster for any illegal activity, storage of hazardous materials, or transportation of prohibited items is strictly forbidden. The Customer will be fully responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from the disposal of prohibited materials.
Termination of Rental Agreement
Rentabin.com reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Customer violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Customer must immediately cease using the dumpster, and arrangements will be made for pickup.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rentabin.com, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the use of the dumpster or Customer’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any legal actions or disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Modification of Term
Rentabin.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on our website.
By accepting delivery of a dumpster from Rentabin.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Surcharges and Additional Fees
Cancellation Fee: To cancel or reschedule your order, at least 24 hours notice prior to your delivery date is required to avoid any cancellation fees. If a bin is canceled or rescheduled on the same day and interferes with the day’s dispatch schedule, a fee of $75.00 will apply. If a bin is canceled or rescheduled on-route or on-site, a dry-run fee of $150.00 will apply.
Leveling Fee: A $50.00 fee may apply if your mixed garbage load is over the wall height and the driver is able to safely remove or redistribute the contents for safe transportation. must only be filled level to the top of the wall height. If your load is over the wall height and the driver can not quickly and safely redistribute the load, the bin will NOT be picked up and a $150.00 dry-run fee will be applied and rescheduled for pick up once the bin is safe to transport.
Overweight Loads: Dirt, asphalt or concrete cannot be disposed of in our Mixed Garbage Bins. If on pick up, the driver discovers dirt, asphalt or concrete inside the bin and is unable to successfully pick it up, fees will apply such as the need for an additional bin. Mixtures of clean fill, brick, concrete and asphalt with waste will negate flat rates and be charged at $250.00 for service and $125.00 per ton. The maximum weight of the bin cannot exceed 5 tons.
Weight Overages: If your bin exceeds the included weight in your original rental price, the prorated amount due will automatically be charged to the original method of payment. If the cost of the invoice exceeds $250.00, a phone call will be provided to you. If there is no answer, a voicemail will be left and the original method of payment will be processed. All weight overage invoices will be emailed to the email address provided on booking. Upon request, a weight slip can be provided.
